    Tips

    • Shadows and yellow paper are removed by “Clean scan” — it brightens the paper and keeps the ink dark.
    • Black & white gives the smallest, sharpest text for printed pages; use “Colour scan” for stamps, photos and coloured forms.
    • Portal asking for a PDF under a set size? Save here with “Smaller file”, then fine-tune with the PDF Compressor.
    • Everything is done on your phone or computer. The photos are never uploaded.

    How do I scan a document with my phone for free?
    Tap “Take photo”, drag the four green corners to the page edges, choose “Clean scan” and download the PDF. It straightens the page, removes shadows and works in your browser — no app, no login.
    Can I make one PDF from many pages?
    Yes. Add as many photos as you need, put them in order with “Move page up”, and download one PDF.
    How do I make the scanned PDF smaller?
    Choose “Smaller file” or “Smallest” before downloading. For an exact limit such as 200 KB or 1 MB, open the PDF in the PDF Compressor.
    Are my documents uploaded?
    No. The photos are processed on your device and never leave it — safe for Aadhaar, marksheets and bank papers.
    Why is the page crooked or cut off?
    Drag the green corners exactly onto the four corners of the paper. “Whole photo” resets them to the full picture, and “Rotate” turns the page.
