How to Convert Images to PDF

Click the drop zone or drag-and-drop your JPG, PNG or WEBP images. Arrange them in the order you want by dragging the thumbnails. Choose page size (A4 for documents, Letter for US format, or Fit to Image for photos). Click "Convert to PDF" and download your file instantly.

Why Use This Tool?

Unlike iLovePDF or SmallPDF, your images never leave your device. There’s no daily cap and no account needed; the only limit is your device’s memory, so on an older phone convert a big batch of photos in parts. This is especially useful for students submitting assignments, job seekers combining certificates, or anyone who needs a quick PDF from photos.

Marksheets and certificates in one PDF, under a size limit

Many admission, job and scholarship forms want all marksheets in one PDF under a limit such as 500 KB or 1 MB. Add the photos in order — usually 10th, then 12th, then graduation — choose A4 and the limit under File size, and convert. The tool lowers the JPEG quality first and the resolution only if it has to, and shows the final size. Zoom into the PDF to check that the marks are readable before you upload. Already have a PDF that is too big? Use the PDF compressor.

Phone photos the right way up

Photos taken on a phone often store their rotation separately. This tool redraws each photo the way you see it on screen, so pages don’t come out sideways.

Supported Formats

JPG/JPEG, PNG, and WEBP images are supported. There is no limit on the number of images — add as many as your device can handle.

What 500 KB gives you

On 29 Oct 2026 we put phone photos of A4 marksheets (12 MP, 3000 × 4000 px, about 1.9 MB each) into this page, A4 pages, small margin:

The three photos at the other sizes: 100 KB → 62 DPI · 150 KB → 80 DPI · 200 KB → 99 DPI · 300 KB → 124 DPI · 1 MB → 249 DPI.

How it fits: every photo is redrawn on this device, the right way up; the tool lowers the JPEG quality first and the resolution only when it must, until the whole PDF is under 500 KB (counted as 500,000 bytes, so a portal that counts 1,024 bytes per KB also accepts it).

Exam forms that ask for this size

Not for the RRB NTPC UG 2026 certificate PDF: it must be under 400 KB, so 500 KB is over the limit (notice, checked 17 Oct 2026).

Not for the RRB NTPC Graduate 2026 certificate PDF: it must be under 400 KB, so 500 KB is over the limit (notice, checked 17 Oct 2026).
