Indian resume format international se alag kyun hota hai?
Western countries mein resume mein photo, DOB, gender nahi dete — privacy reasons ke liye. Lekin India mein — especially government jobs ke liye — yeh sab mandatory hai. SSC, UPSC, Railway, PSU applications mein clearly specified hota hai ki photo aur DOB include karein.
