Why Government Portals Reject Your PDF
Almost every government recruitment portal — SSC, UPSC, IBPS, RRB Railway, NTA, state PSCs — has a strict PDF file size limit. The most common limit is 200KB. If your file is even 1KB over the limit, the portal rejects the upload with an error message like "File size exceeds limit" or "Invalid file size."

Note: If your PDF contains very high-resolution scanned images, the compressed version may show some quality reduction. For best results, scan documents at 150 DPI instead of 300 DPI before creating the PDF.
