What it is used for
Banks and others ask for a declaration by the Karta listing the HUF's name and its members — for example to open an HUF bank account or apply for the HUF's PAN. Many banks give their own HUF declaration form; if yours does, use that one.
Stamp paper and signing
Whether this needs stamp paper, and of what value, depends on your State and on the document — ask the stamp vendor, a notary or a lawyer.
