Tips

  • Print the PDF on blank A4 sheets and write or print your letters on them, or fill the page in any PDF editor.
  • For Word or Google Docs, download the header only PNG and put it in the document’s header (Insert → Header → Picture), stretched to the page width.
  • A PNG logo with a see-through background looks best, especially on the colour band.
  • Hindi works: the PDF is then saved as a picture so the letters print correctly.
