  • Up to 200 questions fit on one page; with 100 or fewer the circles are bigger and easier to fill.
  • The answer-key sheet is the same sheet marked “ANSWER KEY” — fill it once and hold it over a student’s sheet, or type both here to get the score.

How do I make an OMR sheet for my class test?
Type the test name, choose the number of questions (5 to 200) and 4 or 5 options, and download the A4 PDF. Print as many copies as you need at 100% size.
Can it check the answers?
Yes — type the answer key and a student’s answers as letters (ABCD…) and it shows right, wrong, blank and the marks, with negative marking if you set it. It does not scan the paper.
Will an OMR scanner read this sheet?
No. It is made for checking by hand or with the answer-key sheet held over it — for class tests, coaching mock tests and practice.
How many questions fit on one page?
Up to 200. With 100 or fewer questions the circles are bigger and easier to fill.
Is it free? Is anything uploaded?
