How much cement for plaster?
Area × thickness gives the wet volume; × a dry-volume factor (1.33 by default) and shared by your mix (e.g. 1:4) gives cement and sand. The page shows cement bags and sand in cu m and cft.
12 mm or 20 mm?
That depends on the wall and the work — ask your mason or engineer; the page works with either.
