There is no single official “stamp size”. It usually means a small photo of about 2 × 2.5 cm (20 × 25 mm) — smaller than a passport photo (3.5 × 4.5 cm). That is the default here. If your form prints a size in the photo box, pick Custom size and type it.

Each photo has a 2 mm gap and a thin cut line. At a photo shop, give the JPG and ask for one 4×6 print. At home, print the PDF at 100% / Actual size — “Fit to page” changes the size. Both are 300 DPI.
