What is written on a transfer certificate?

The student’s admission number, name, parents’ names, date of birth in figures and words, admission and leaving dates, class, last exam and result, subjects, dues, conduct and reason for leaving, signed by the head of the school.

TC or school leaving certificate?

Both record that the student has left the school; choose the title your school or State uses.

Does it follow CBSE / State board format?
