Tips
- Keep your result sheet in Excel the usual way — one row per student, Name, Roll no., then one column per subject — and paste it. Every column that is not a known detail (name, roll no., class, father, mother, DOB, attendance, remarks, result) is taken as a subject, in your order.
- Write “AB” for absent — it counts as 0 and prints as AB. Leave a cell empty if the student does not take that subject; it is left off their card.
- Total, percentage, grades and position are worked out here from your list — check a few cards against your register before printing all.
- Use your own school’s or board’s grade scale and pass rule; nothing is filled in for you.

Questions people ask
How do I make report cards for a whole class?
Paste your result sheet from Excel or Google Sheets — one row per student, Name, Roll no., then one column per subject — or choose the Excel / CSV file. Fill the school name and exam once, and download one PDF with a report card for every student.
How are the subjects picked?
Every column that is not a known detail (name, roll no., class, father, mother, date of birth, attendance, remarks, result) is a subject, in your order. Its heading is the subject name; a subject out of a different total can say so in the heading, e.g. “Drawing (50)”.
Does it work out total, percentage, grade and position?
Yes. Total and percentage from the marks, grades from the scale you type (your own school’s or board’s), and the position in class from the totals in your list — equal totals share a place. Check a few cards against your register before printing all.
Does it use the CBSE grading scale?
It uses only the scale you type in — schools and boards have their own, so none is filled in for you. Leave the box empty for no grades.
What about absent students?
Write AB in the cell: it prints as AB and counts as 0. Leave the cell empty if the student does not take that subject — it is left off their card.
Is the result sheet uploaded?
No. The list and the PDF are made inside your browser; nothing is sent or saved.
