Tips

One name per line is enough. For more details, paste columns from Excel — Name, Class, Position — and the headings are matched for you.
Print on thick paper (170–250 gsm) for a card feel; choose “2 (A5 size, cut)” to save paper.
Hindi names work too — the PDF then saves each page as a picture so the letters print correctly.

Questions people ask

How do I make certificates for many students at once?

Paste the list of names (one per line) or choose your Excel / CSV file, fill the school name, event and date once, and press Download PDF. You get one PDF with a certificate for every name — ready to print.

Can I add class and position for each student?

Yes. Paste columns with headings such as Name, Class and Position (copy the cells straight from Excel or Google Sheets). The headings are matched automatically; you can change which column is which.

Can I print names in Hindi?

Yes. Type or paste the names in Hindi. The PDF then saves each page as a picture so the Hindi letters print correctly — the file is bigger, the print looks the same.

Can I add the school logo and two signatures?

Yes — choose a logo picture, and fill the names and titles for the left and right signatures (for example Event In-charge and Principal). Leave one empty to show only the other.

Is my list uploaded anywhere?

No. The list, the logo and the PDF are all made inside your browser. Nothing is sent or saved.
