The fix appears here as you type.

How it works

  • It reads the numbers and words in the message — KB / MB, JPG / PNG / PDF, pixels, cm, DPI — and tells you what the portal wants.
  • Then it opens the ToolNinja tool that makes exactly that file. Everything runs on your phone or computer; nothing is uploaded.
  • Tip: aim a little below the maximum (for 50 KB, about 45–48 KB). Some portals count 1 KB as 1,024 bytes, some as 1,000.
  • Before uploading, check the final file with the Exam File Checker.

Questions people ask

What does “file size should be between 20 KB and 50 KB” mean?
The file must be bigger than 20 KB and smaller than 50 KB. Paste the message here: it shows the target (about 46 KB) and opens the tool that makes the file at that size.
Why does the portal reject my file even though it is 50 KB?
Some portals count 1 KB as 1,024 bytes and some as 1,000, and some want the size strictly below the limit. Aim a little below the maximum, for example 45–48 KB for a 50 KB limit.
“Invalid file type” — what do I do?
The portal wants a different format, usually JPG or PDF. Use PNG to JPG, HEIC to JPG (iPhone photos) or JPG to PDF, then upload again.
Is my file or message uploaded?
No. The message is read in your browser, and the tools it opens work on your device.
