What photo and signature size does India Post GDS need?
As per the official notice: Photo — 240×300 px, 30–100 KB; Signature — 300×120 px, 20–50 KB. Checked on 29 October 2026.
What is the photo and signature size for India Post GDS?
India Post's user manual for the GDS engagement portal (page 20, item 19) says: photo minimum 30 KB, maximum 100 KB, aspect ratio 5:4 (portrait); signature minimum 20 KB, maximum 50 KB, aspect ratio 5:2 (landscape). It gives no pixel size; the kit makes 240 × 300 px and 300 × 120 px, which have those shapes. Some websites say 20–100 KB for the signature — the manual says 50 KB maximum.
When do GDS applications open?
India Post publishes GDS engagement schedules on indiapostgdsonline.gov.in; the dates change with each schedule, so check the current notice there before you apply.
Are my photos uploaded to ToolNinja?
