How to get a PDF under 100 KB
100 KB is a tight limit. A single scanned page usually fits at a comfortable resolution, but every extra page shares the same 100 KB, so each page gets less detail. This tool tries a lossless clean-up first. If that is not enough, it turns each page into a picture and searches for the highest resolution and JPEG quality that still fits under 100 KB.
Tips: upload only the pages the form asks for (use the PDF splitter), and tick Clean black & white for scanned text documents. The result shows the DPI used — check that small print is readable before you upload.
