Tips

  • A blank, numbered bill book (kachha bill) to fill by hand: date, customer, items, quantity, rate and amount, total, signature.
  • Two bills (A5) per A4 page: cut along the dashed line and bind them. Print each page twice (or use carbon paper) if you want an office copy.
  • A GST tax invoice has required particulars — for that use the GST Invoice tool. To make a filled bill on the phone, use Cash Memo.
