Tips
- Each receipt is numbered, and its counterfoil (office copy) carries the same number — fill both by hand, tear off the receipt along the dashed line and keep the counterfoil.
- Print the pages, cut along the dashed lines between receipts, and staple or bind them as a book. Thicker paper (80–100 gsm) lasts longer.

How do I make a receipt book?
Type your shop, society or trust name, the first receipt number and how many receipts you need, choose 2, 3 or 4 per A4, and download the PDF. Print it, cut along the dashed lines and bind it.
Does each receipt have a counterfoil?
Yes — by default each receipt has a counterfoil (office copy) on the left with the same number. Choose “No counterfoil” if you don’t need it.
Can I fill the receipts on the computer?
This makes a blank, numbered book to fill by hand. To print receipts already filled from a list, use the Fee Receipt Maker or the Donation Receipt.
Is anything uploaded?
No. The book is drawn inside your browser; nothing is sent or saved.
