Everything you type stays in your browser — nothing is uploaded or saved.
Arithmetic only — your leave rules decide.
Before you rely on it
Leave encashment depends on your employer’s or government’s rules: which pay counts (basic, DA, others), whether a month is taken as 30 or 26 days, and how many days can be paid. Put those figures in from your rules or HR. The page does not work out tax.

Questions people ask
How is leave encashment calculated?
One day’s pay (monthly pay counted ÷ 30, 26 or the number your rules use) × the leave days paid. Example: ₹30,000 ÷ 30 × 30 days = ₹30,000.
Which pay is counted?
It depends on your employer’s or government’s rules — often basic pay with DA. Check your leave rules or ask HR.
Is leave encashment taxable?
That depends on the income-tax law and your case (government or private, while in service or at retirement). Ask your employer or a CA — this page does not work it out.
Is my data uploaded?
No. The figures are worked out in your browser and the PDF is made on your device.
