Labels without the extra paper

Marketplaces give a full A4 page per order — the shipping label and, often, the invoice on the same page. This cuts out just the label from every page and puts it on 4 × 6 inch label pages for a thermal printer, or 2 or 4 labels on one A4 sheet for an ordinary printer.

The label is copied as it is — text and barcodes stay sharp, not turned into a blurry picture — so couriers can still scan them. Check the first label prints and scans before printing a large batch.

Labels carry your customers’ names, phone numbers and addresses. This page reads the PDF only in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

How do I crop Meesho or Flipkart labels for a thermal printer?
Choose the label PDF, check that the box sits around the label on the first page (drag it if not), choose 4 × 6 inch and press Crop labels. Every page’s label goes on its own 4 × 6 inch page. Print at 100%.
Can I print several labels on one A4 sheet?
Yes — choose “A4, 4 per sheet” or “A4, 2 per sheet” for an ordinary printer, then cut along the dashed lines.
Will the barcode still scan?
The label is copied as it is in the PDF, not turned into a picture, so text and barcodes stay sharp. Always test the first label with your courier’s scan before printing a batch.
Does it work if every label is in the same place?
Yes — that is how it works: you set the box once on page 1 and it is used for every page. If one marketplace puts its label elsewhere, run that PDF separately.
Are my customers’ addresses uploaded?
No. The PDF is read and cropped in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
