Pomodoro technique Francesco Cirillo ne 1980s mein develop ki thi — naam Italian word "pomodoro" (tomato) se aaya jo kitchen timer ke shape se inspired tha. Basic idea simple hai: focused work intervals aur short breaks se concentration aur productivity badhti hai.

25 minutes — focus work
Phone notifications off. Sirf ek task par focus. Koi distraction nahi — agar koi thought aaye to quick note karein aur baad mein handle karein.
5 minute short break
Stretch karein, paani piyen, khidki se bahar dekhen. Screen se door rahein. Dimag ko reset hone dein.
