Tips

Paste Roll no., Name and Class from Excel. Each room gets one A4 page with the benches drawn as they stand, board at the top.
Mix classes takes students from each class in turn, so students sitting next to each other (in the fill order) are from different classes. With one class in the list it keeps the list order.
Print the room pages for the doors and invigilators, and the last page for the notice board.

Kaise use karein

Excel se Roll no., Name, Class paste karein.
Rooms ke naam aur benches ki rows/columns chunein.
Har room ka plan ek A4 par — PDF print karein.

Tip

"Mix classes" se bagal mein alag class ka student baithta hai.

How do I make an exam seating plan?
