Tips

  • Copy Roll no., Name and Class from your Excel list and paste. Only the roll number is needed.
  • The roll number prints big so invigilators can read it from a distance. Cut along the dashed lines and paste on the desks.
  • A Room column in your list wins over the room box, so one list can cover several rooms.

How do I make roll number slips for a whole exam?
Copy the Roll no., Name and Class columns from Excel (or choose the file), fill the school and exam once, and download one PDF with every slip — 8, 12 or 24 on each A4 page.
Can one list cover several rooms?
Yes — add a Room column (and a Seat column if you like). Each slip shows its own room.
Can I print two slips per student?
