When an indemnity bond is asked for

Offices often ask for one before they issue a duplicate certificate or marksheet, pay out without an original receipt, or change a record — you promise to cover them if something goes wrong because they acted on your request. Many boards, banks and companies give their own format; if yours does, use that one.

Stamp paper and signing

Whether this needs stamp paper, and of what value, depends on your State and on the document — ask the stamp vendor, a notary or a lawyer. Tick "Printing on stamp paper?" to leave the space at the top of page 1. This is a draft in plain words: for a large amount or anything you may have to rely on in court, have a lawyer read it first.

Kaise use karein

  1. Apni details, kis office ke liye aur document bharein.
  2. Stamp paper par print karein (space ka option hai).
  3. Gawahon ke saamne sign karein.

Dhyan dein

Board / bank ka apna format ho to wahi use karein.
