For a loan between two people

Use this for money lent to a friend or relative: the amount, how it was paid, interest (or none), and how and when it comes back — signed by both, with two witnesses. The page works out simple interest and instalments only from your figures (interest per day ÷ 365). Paying by bank transfer or UPI leaves a record of its own.

What should a loan agreement between two people contain?

How is the interest worked out?

Simple interest: amount × rate × days ÷ 365, from the date given to the last repayment date. It is only arithmetic on your figures.
