Tips

  • Paste the columns from your member register in Excel — Name, Member no., Plan, Joined, Valid till, Blood group, Phone, Address. Only Name is needed; a detail shows on a card only when it has a value.
  • Photos: put them all in one folder named by member number, then choose them all at once — or send the folder as a ZIP. Members without a photo are listed above the preview.
  • Print at 100% / “Actual size” on 250–300 gsm card or photo paper; each card is 85.6 × 54 mm, the size of an ATM card, so it fits a standard ID card pouch or lamination.
  • Double-sided: choose “Print backs on the next page”. The backs are placed mirror-wise, so after you turn the sheet over (along the long edge) each back lands behind its own front. Try one sheet first.

Questions people ask

How do I make membership cards for all members?
Copy the columns from your member register in Excel (Name, Member no., Plan, Joined, Valid till…) and paste them, or choose the Excel / CSV file. Add the photos, fill the gym or club name once, and download one PDF with 9 or 10 cards on each A4 sheet.
How are the photos matched to the members?
By file name: name each photo with the member number (M-101.jpg) or the member’s name (Rahul Verma.jpg), or add a Photo column with the file name. Choose all photos at once, or one ZIP of the folder.
What size are the cards?
85.6 × 54 mm — the size of an ATM card — so they fit standard card pouches and lamination sleeves. Print at 100% (“Actual size”).
Can I print the back side?
Yes — choose “Print backs on the next page”. The backs are placed mirror-wise so they land behind their fronts when you turn the sheet over along the long edge. Try one sheet first.
Does the card have a QR code or connect to an app?
No — it is a printed card with the details you type. It is not linked to any online system.
Are the photos uploaded?
No. The list and every photo are read inside your browser; the PDF is made on your device.
