Tips

  • Keep a sheet of flats in Excel — Flat, Name, Area, Arrears — and paste it every month; change only the month and the dates.
  • Charges the same for every flat go in the table above. Something only some flats pay (parking, penalty) goes in an Other charges column, with an Other charges for column to say what it is.
  • Late fees and interest follow your society’s bye-laws — write your own line in the note if you need one.
  • Share the PDF on the society’s WhatsApp group, or print and slip one under each door.

How do I make maintenance bills for all flats at once?
Paste your list of flats (Flat, Name, Area, Arrears) from Excel or Google Sheets, or choose the file. Fill the society name, the month, the dates and the charges once — every flat gets its own bill in one PDF, 2 on each A4 page.
Can a charge be per square foot?
Yes. Set a charge to “per sq ft” and give the rate; each bill multiplies it by that flat’s area from your list and shows the working.
Are arrears added to the bill?
Yes. An Arrears column in your list is added below the current charges, and the bill shows the total payable with the amount in words.
Does it add interest on late payment?
No. Late fees and interest depend on your society’s bye-laws, so the tool does not calculate them. You can add your own line in the note, or put a penalty in the Other charges column for the flats it applies to.
Is our flat list uploaded?
No. The list and the PDF are made inside your browser; nothing is sent or saved.
