Tips

Measure your label sheet once: the space from the top edge to the first label, from the side edge to the first label, and between labels. Type them above — the label size updates.
Print one page on plain paper first and hold it against the label sheet to the light. Print at 100% / “Actual size”, never “Fit to page”.
One address per row in Excel — Name, Address, City, State, PIN, Phone — or paste addresses as they are, one per line.
Long addresses get smaller text so they fit; check the preview for very long ones.

How do I print address labels from Excel?

Copy the address columns from Excel or Google Sheets (Name, Address, City, State, PIN, Phone) and paste them, or choose the Excel / CSV file. Choose how many labels your A4 sheet has, check the label size, and download one PDF — one address on each label.

Which label sheets does it work with?

Any A4 sheet laid out in rows and columns: 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 21, 24, 40 or 65 labels, or type your own rows and columns. Brands place labels a little differently, so measure your sheet’s margins and gaps once and type them in — the page shows the label size it will print.

Can I use a half-used label sheet?

Yes. Type how many labels are already used; printing starts after them.

Can I print my own return address on every label?

Yes — type it in the From box and it prints in small text at the bottom of each label. To fill a whole sheet with one address, paste it once and set the number of copies.

Will it print exactly on the labels?

Print one page on plain paper first and hold it against the label sheet. Always print at 100% / Actual size. If it is a little off, change the margins and print the test again.

Is my address list uploaded?

No. The list and the PDF are made inside your browser; nothing is sent or saved.
