Tips

  • Paste one row per pass: Name / party, Item, Qty, Vehicle no., Purpose, Return by. Only Name is needed.
  • For a visitor pass, use the Item column for "whom to meet" and Purpose for the reason.
  • "Office + gate copy" prints each pass twice, marked, so the gate keeps one.

What is a returnable gate pass?
A pass for material that leaves the premises and must come back — for example a machine sent for repair — with the date it is due back. A non-returnable pass is for material that goes out for good.
Can I make many passes at once?
Yes — paste one row per pass (or choose an Excel file). Pass numbers count up by themselves unless your list has its own.
Is there a visitor pass?
Yes — choose "Visitor pass": it shows whom to meet, the number of persons and time in / out.
Is my data uploaded?
No. The list and the PDF are made inside your browser; nothing is sent or saved.
