How do I work out my last working day?
Count the notice period from the day you submit the letter. This tool counts the submission day as day 1, so a 30-day notice given on 1 March ends on 30 March. Your appointment letter or HR policy decides the exact rule — change the date if it differs.
Should I give a reason?
It is optional. A short, positive reason is common, but "Don't mention a reason" is also perfectly acceptable.
Can I leave without serving the notice period?
Choose "Immediate (request waiver)". The letter then asks the employer to waive the notice. The employer may accept, or may adjust salary for the unserved notice as per your contract.
Is my information saved?
No. The letter is created in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere.
